Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology (required)
- State licensure and eligibility for school-based practice in Alabama
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric psychological assessment, intervention, and support within school settings
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaborative team skills
- Ability to develop and implement interventions for a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations of students
- Develop data-informed intervention plans in conjunction with teachers and families
- Support students with academic, emotional, and behavioral needs through direct and indirect services
- Collaborate on Response to Intervention (RTI) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams
- Provide crisis intervention and contribute to a safe, supportive school climate
