Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Proven experience delivering both individual and group counseling for students
- Deep understanding of special education processes, IEP/504 plan development, and compliance
- Solid skills in conducting virtual psychoeducational evaluations and report writing
- Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital evaluation tools
- Strong communication and consultation skills to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Familiarity with culturally responsive approaches to student support
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Prior experience working in a K-12 school environment highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and psychoeducational evaluations virtually
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and intervention meetings as a collaborative team member
- Guide and consult with educators and families on student behavioral and academic strategies
- Deliver remote counseling and intervention services to students
- Maintain confidential records and timely progress reporting in compliance with federal, state, and school policies
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for students’ emotional and social development
