- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and guardians
- Understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Ability to navigate and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs of students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention and support plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on psychological testing and recommendations
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding best practices and student progress
- Offer crisis intervention and short-term counseling, as needed
- Maintain thorough, timely, and confidential records of services provided
