This full-time, contract-based opportunity features flexible scheduling, allowing for a hybrid model—spend three days collaborating onsite and complete the remainder of your work remotely. Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with students from preschool to high school is strongly preferred
- Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and interpret data
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to consult with educators, parents, and support staff
- Comfortable utilizing remote/virtual assessment tools as needed
- Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology, including intervention development and implementation
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized educational recommendations
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Collaborate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of student support plans, including IEPs or 504 plans
- Deliver crisis prevention and response services
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize digital platforms for virtual services and documentation as required
