Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with diverse student populations (Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School)
- Solid understanding of child and adolescent development
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and provide counseling
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and administration
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized programs to support student learning and behavior
- Provide consultation and collaborate with faculty, staff, and families on student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and services
- Offer crisis intervention and counseling when necessary
- Assist in the development and review of IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
