Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S.), Master’s degree, or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Familiarity with the special education process, including evaluations, IEP development, and counseling
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and behavioral challenges

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas of need
  • Provide recommendations and interventions to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
  • Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
  • Collaborate with educators and families on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
  • Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions
  • Contribute to crisis intervention and behavioral consultation as needed
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with school district and state guidelines
