Make a positive impact on students’ lives as a school psychologist in a full-time, onsite contract role. You’ll support two elementary school caseloads, working closely with educators, families, and fellow specialists to foster students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. This contract spans from now through May 21, 2027, offering the chance to cultivate lasting connections and continuity for students in your care.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid school psychologist license required
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
- Solid foundation in assessment, intervention, and counseling techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work fully onsite throughout the assignment
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs
- Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling services to students, as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and outside agencies
- Support crisis interventions and offer guidance for behavioral/emotional concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district protocols
