What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Current Michigan school psychologist licensure
- Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school level
- Strong communication, assessment, and counseling skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, families, and administrators
- Comfort adapting to diverse student needs and school environments
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to guide intervention strategies
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to provide recommendations and resources to address student challenges
- Offer direct counseling and intervention services for students requiring support with social-emotional or behavioral issues
- Lead, facilitate, or support response to intervention (RTI) initiatives and positive behavior programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all assessments and services provided
