Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active School Psychologist license
- Recent professional experience in a school setting
- Strong background in pediatric populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide effective recommendations for student success
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for a dynamic, student-centered environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategies for individual student support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create IEPs and 504 plans
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student needs and interventions
- Provide crisis intervention and participate in prevention programs
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all educational regulations and guidelines
