Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience with K-12 student populations, including counseling and assessments
- Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions, Response to Intervention (RTI), and positive behavior support plans
- Excellent communication, consultation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and documentation effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver crisis intervention, individual and group counseling services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective intervention strategies
- Provide professional development to staff regarding mental health and behavioral interventions
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal standards
