Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state certification/licensure as a school psychologist
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Experience with psychoeducational evaluations and report writing
- Strong knowledge of behavioral and academic intervention strategies

- Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Familiarity with federal and state special education guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments for referred students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to help determine eligibility for special education and related services
- Provide consultative support to teachers and administrators regarding student needs, accommodations, and interventions
- Offer crisis intervention, brief counseling, and short-term problem-solving as needed
- Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance students’ educational and social outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavioral interventions
- Engage in parent consultations, providing resources and education about student psychological and educational needs
- Stay current with best practices in school psychology and professional ethics
