Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid state School Psychologist certification or eligibility
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing intervention plans
- Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and MTSS/RTI processes
- Strong communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and parents
- Compassionate, team-oriented attitude and dedication to student well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and interpret results to identify academic, developmental, and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to support student success
- Develop, implement, and monitor interventions and strategies aligned with individualized education programs
- Provide direct and indirect counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
- Contribute to eligibility meetings, student support teams, and multidisciplinary planning
- Promote positive school culture and advocate for inclusive practices
