- Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid credential or certification authorizing practice as a School Psychologist
- Experience or strong internship placements within K-12 settings
- Proficiency with assessment tools, report writing, and IEP processes
- Ability to engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
- Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and counseling practices
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering critical insight for individualized planning
- Provide consultation to teachers and staff to develop and implement effective interventions and supports
- Deliver counseling services to students, both individually and in groups, addressing academic or behavioral needs
- Collaborate with administrators, educators, and families to promote a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
