Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing services to students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students across all grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Offer crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Contribute to the development of behavioral management plans and preventative strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments and services provided
