Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified School Psychologist in Maryland, or eligibility for MD certification
- Open to new graduates and those relocating from out of state
- Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
- Ability to navigate a full-time, 35-hour workweek and manage responsibilities at two school locations
- Flexibility to work primarily onsite, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule for especially strong candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and behavior support plans
- Participate in problem-solving and crisis intervention as needed
- Provide support and intervention both individually and in group settings
