Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in School Psychology
- Demonstrated experience working within K-12 school settings
- Strong background in pediatric psychological assessment and intervention
- Familiarity with IEP processes, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and relevant federal/state regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, educators, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of a diverse student population
Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning
- Develop and support intervention strategies for students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to design inclusive educational programs
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Engage in regular consultation with school personnel and parents to promote students’ well-being
