Key Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential
- Licensed Psychologist with valid state licensure
- Experience working in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to manage and adapt to various caseloads and assignments
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to support multiple campuses as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Interpret data to support student learning and behavioral needs
- Participate in the development and review of IEPs and other student support plans
- Provide consultation, interventions, and crisis support to students and staff
- Serve as a resource on mental health and learning strategies
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
