- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
- Proficiency in creating and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Develop individualized intervention strategies for students with diverse needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise in educational planning

- Support parents and families with resources and recommendations, fostering strong school-home partnerships
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
