Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid Minnesota (MN) School Psychologist licensure
- Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, families, and administrators
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs within an inclusive environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students
- Consult with teachers and parents to recommend strategies for academic and behavioral success
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Stay current on best practices and continuing education in school psychology
