- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist

- Proficiency with developing and implementing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Clear communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
- Ability to cultivate a supportive and understanding atmosphere for students with diverse needs
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social/emotional assessments
- Partner with educators, administrators, and families to interpret assessment data and recommend strategies for student success
- Develop, monitor, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring services
- Deliver direct and consultative psychological services, such as counseling or behavioral interventions
- Promote a positive school climate by offering expertise in crisis response, behavioral supports, and student advocacy
- Document and maintain confidential records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
