Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts DESE School Psychologist License, All Levels
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 80 students
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct psychological services and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for students of all ages
- Serve as an advocate for students’ mental health and academic growth
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
