Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience in school-based psychological assessments and interventions
- Strong knowledge of K-12 developmental and academic needs
- Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing counseling services
- Excellent communication, organization, and case management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to develop effective interventions and accommodations
- Support special education eligibility determinations and IEP development
- Facilitate small group or individual counseling sessions for students facing academic or emotional challenges
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute expert recommendations
- Promote positive educational environments and support student success across multiple grade levels
