Key Qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
- Demonstrated experience working within a school-based environment (preferred)
- Proficiency with assessment tools, data interpretation, and educational planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering collaborative relationships with staff, students, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Consult with teachers, counselors, and parents on student progress and well-being
- Provide crisis intervention, behavioral support, and counseling services
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to holistic planning for student success
