- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students with academic, behavioral, or emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and administrators to design effective behavioral and academic interventions
- Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, maintaining a supportive, safe climate within the school
- Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in the field of school psychology
- Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with district and legal standards
