School Psychologist in Milton, WA

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Washington State School Psychologist license/certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Previous experience as a school psychologist, ideally in elementary settings
- Solid understanding of assessments, special education policies, and evaluation processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, caregivers, and service providers

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for K-5 students
- Provide direct and indirect support to students experiencing learning or behavioral challenges
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to developing student support plans
- Offer consultation and resources to teachers and school staff
- Facilitate crisis intervention, prevention, and data-driven decision-making as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation per school and district guidelines
