Qualifications:
- Certified or eligible for Washington State Psychologist License/Certification (must have or be willing to obtain by start date)
- Experience in school-based psychological services, ideally in K-5 settings
- Strong knowledge of student assessments, IEP development, and behavioral interventions
- Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and crisis management skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred through the special education process
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop effective interventions and support plans
- Provide consultation, counseling, and guidance to address students’ academic and social-emotional needs
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP team meetings, and contribute to student success planning
- Support a positive and inclusive school climate for all students and staff
