This full-time, in-person contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference from now through the end of the school year. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families at multiple campuses, focusing on assessments, reporting, and supporting student needs.
In this multifaceted role, you’ll provide valuable expertise at one high school campus (serving two distinct high school populations) as well as two elementary schools. Your workday will generally follow a 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM schedule, allowing for a predictable yet engaging routine.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Licensed and certified School Psychologist
- Experience or certification at both the elementary and high school levels
- Strong knowledge of evaluation procedures, IEP processes, and report writing
- Comfortable leading and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and travel between assigned campuses as needed
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to support learning and behavioral goals
- Prepare timely, accurate reports that inform instructional and support decisions
- Facilitate and participate in IEP and other student support meetings
- Collaborate with faculty and administrators to address student development
- Provide consultation and guidance regarding interventions and accommodations
