What we’re looking for:
- Valid and current School Psychologist license in Minnesota
- Demonstrated experience working within school environments (strongly preferred)
- Understanding of best practices in assessments, intervention planning, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered support
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret assessments for students requiring academic, behavioral, or emotional support
- Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized plans for students as needed
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and 504 meetings alongside school teams
- Deliver consultation and recommendations to staff and parents
- Promote positive school climates and help implement preventive mental health strategies
- Travel between two sites as scheduled
- Maintain clear and confidential records in compliance with school policies
