- 2.0 FTE full-year roles for Behavior Specialists at Ann Bremer Education Center
- 1.0 FTE short-term leave coverage (estimated 4-6 weeks, likely through October 14) at South Education Center
- 1.0 FTE leave coverage (estimated through September 30, likely to be extended) at South Education Center
Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure required: Valid special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license through PELSB; alternatively, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (national, or in process)
- Nonviolent crisis intervention training strongly preferred
- Experience supporting students with Emotional Behavioral Disorders or Autism, with expertise in behavioral intervention or as a BCBA/Behavioral Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide analytic interpretations to families, staff, and community providers
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and social workers on Social Learning Profiles, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Develop and oversee data collection systems, review behavioral data, and adjust interventions to maximize student success
