We currently have three dynamic contract positions available—two full-year openings at the Ann Bremer Education Center and two temporary opportunities at the South Education Center, covering leaves of absence.
What You’ll Bring:
- Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a similar field
- Moderate experience in a related job, with a strong background supporting behavioral needs in schools
- Valid licensure: special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license (PELSB-issued), or national Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or in active pursuit of the BCBA certification
- Nonviolent crisis intervention training
- Consideration for candidates with experience as Emotional Behavioral Disorder Teachers or Autism Spectrum Disorder Teachers with a behavior specialist/interventionist background
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct behavioral assessments, delivering data-driven analysis and insights to families, school staff, and community partners
- Collaborate with educators, psychologists, and social workers on Social Learning Profiles, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Develop and implement data collection systems, regularly reviewing and interpreting outcomes to refine intervention strategies
- Provide guidance and recommendations to ensure positive student responses and ongoing improvement in behavioral support plans
