Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field is required
- Active and valid Minnesota school psychologist licensure
- Experience working with students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels is strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement interventions and support plans tailored to individual student needs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychological assessments
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
- Consult on academic, behavioral, and social/emotional concerns impacting student learning
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise in developing effective strategies for student success
- Support inclusive practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives fostering positive learning climates
