Middle School High School School Psychologist in Minneapolis, MN

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field (required)
- Valid Minnesota school psychologist licensure (required)
- Experience in an educational setting supporting elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create and adapt intervention plans for diverse student populations
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret data to guide educational planning
- Develop and implement targeted interventions for individual students and groups
- Participate as an active member of multidisciplinary teams for IEP/504 eligibility, behavior support, and crisis intervention
- Serve as a resource to faculty, staff, and families on behavioral and mental health best practices
- Promote positive school climates using proactive mental health strategies
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal regulations
