Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or related field
- Current Minnesota school psychologist license required
- Experience providing psychological services in educational settings (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
- Collaborative communication skills to work effectively with educators, administrators, students, and families
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret results, and recommend interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments for K-12 students
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, eligibility determination, and intervention planning
- Provide direct and consultative services to students and staff for academic and behavioral concerns
- Collaborate with school personnel to develop strategies that foster student growth, well-being, and success
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with local and state guidelines
