- 2.0 FTE Behavior Specialist (full year, Ann Bremer Education Center)
- 1.0 FTE Behavior Specialist (leave coverage, South Education Center, ~4–6 weeks)
- 1.0 FTE Behavior Specialist (leave coverage, South Education Center, through 9/30 and likely longer)
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Moderate experience in a relevant educational role
- Valid special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license from the Professional Education Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB); or national Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) or in progress
- Training in nonviolent crisis intervention
- Accepting Emotional Behavioral Disorder Teachers, Autism Spectrum Disorder Teachers with behavioral intervention experience, BCBA, or Behavioral Analysts
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze results for families, staff, and community partners
- Support teachers, psychologists, and social workers with development and implementation of Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Develop and oversee data collection systems; review progress and recommend plan adjustments for improved student outcomes
