Preferred Qualifications:
- Active certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working across grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Knowledge of assessment tools, interventions, and reporting
- Strong communication and consultation skills with teachers, families, and administrators
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a dynamic school environment
- Compassion, patience, professionalism, and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluations
- Participate in team meetings to discuss findings and recommend interventions or educational plans
- Support the development and implementation of behavior plans and student supports
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and reports
