Qualifications:
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential for Massachusetts.
- Background in school-based behavioral services or a similar setting strongly preferred.

Role Overview:
- Work 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, serving a caseload spanning grades K-12.
- Lead assessments, create individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Use data collection and analysis to support student success, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Provide staff training and support, helping to implement best practices across classrooms.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records and contribute to IEP meetings as required.
- Caseload specifics to be determined upon placement.
