Qualifications:
- Completion of a Masters program in School Psychology
- Current and active State License for School Psychology
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills
- Ability to adapt interventions and assessments to diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform tailored interventions
- Develop and implement strategies that support students' behavioral, emotional, and learning goals
- Provide counseling for students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to design effective support plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, IEP teams, and RTI processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all practices comply with legal and ethical standards
