Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Delaware School Psychologist License required
- Previous experience working with elementary school populations is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to student-centered practices and ethical standards
- Ability to work onsite throughout the duration of the assignment
- Willingness to pay for required $85 CBC fingerprinting (must acknowledge and agree upfront)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to support student learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design and implement effective interventions
- Provide consultation and recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs) and related services
- Support school-wide initiatives for positive behavior and healthy social-emotional development
- Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation in compliance with all regulations
