- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a school psychologist
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting data
- Strong knowledge of special education processes, eligibility, and interventions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to counseling and problem-solving
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation to support academic and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and recommend supports
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives and assist with behavior intervention planning
- Maintain accurate documentation according to district, state, and federal guidelines
