Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current state licensure as a School Psychologist is required
- Prior experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong ability to analyze educational and psychological data
- Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving
- Flexibility to move between two nearby sites as needed
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators and administrators to develop and implement interventions that support student success
- Conduct a range of assessments to identify students’ needs
- Participate in and help lead Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings
- Provide direct counseling and support services to students
- Maintain detailed records and comply with all state, federal, and school policies
- Adapt to varying caseload assignments as information becomes available
