School Psychologist - Pataskala, Ohio
Make a meaningful impact supporting K–12 students in a fulfilling, full-time opportunity as a School Psychologist. This contract position calls for a dedicated professional eager to contribute to student success by offering comprehensive psychological services across multiple school sites.
As an itinerant team member, you will have the chance to work with a diverse student population, conducting evaluations, supporting Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio School Psychologist certification (required at the time of application)
- Experience working with K–12 populations and familiarity with the unique needs across grade levels
- Previous involvement in conducting psychological evaluations and attending IEP meetings
- Strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and communication with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work effectively across multiple school locations (itinerant role)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop intervention strategies and supports
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
- Foster positive relationships to support the well-being and academic achievement of students
For this rewarding contract position, compensation ranges from $45/hr to $53/hr. Eligible candidates may receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals or incidentals. Full details regarding available healthcare coverage will be provided after your application is received.
