Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)
- Experience working with K-8 populations preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education compliance
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for K-8 students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and well-being
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed
- Assist with developing and implementing intervention strategies tailored to student needs
- Provide professional recommendations to ensure students receive appropriate resources
