Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, monitor, and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services for students
- Advocate for students’ mental health, social-emotional learning, and academic success
- Participate in response to intervention (RTI) and multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) processes
- Foster positive relationships with students and school staff
