Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Thorough understanding of assessment, intervention, and counseling strategies for K-12 students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and faculty
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Design and implement intervention strategies individually or in groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning plans
- Contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and attend relevant meetings
- Offer crisis intervention and support as necessary
- Maintain detailed documentation and uphold compliance with state and federal regulations
