This is an onsite-only opportunity with two positions available, each offering unique responsibilities within a diverse and urban setting. You’ll contribute your expertise to empower students, partner with staff, and promote a positive learning experience.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Active Pennsylvania school psychologist certification or license required
- Proven school-based experience is a must
- Comfortable working in an urban district; adaptable to onsite-only work
- Able to complete and maintain all necessary PA clearances
- Skilled in conducting comprehensive student evaluations and assessments
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned school locations
- Willing and able to adhere strictly to the scheduled work hours with no accommodations
- Prior experience collaborating with educators and families in a school setting
- Strong communication and organization skills
Position Highlights
- Two full-time openings with anticipated start as soon as possible
- First opening: Middle school assignment (grades 6-8), hours 8:15AM-3PM
- Second opening: ESA Middle School, includes occasional OOD evaluations and overflow cases, hours 8:30AM-4PM
- 35 onsite hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no remote work
- Contract through June 10, 2027
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and support the academic and social-emotional needs of students
