School Psychologist | Pittsford, New York

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid New York State Certification as a School Psychologist
- Master’s degree in Psychology
- Experience working with students in grades 6-12 preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results effectively
- Familiarity with IEPs, PPT meetings, and special education processes
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting psychological assessments, testing, and diagnostic examinations to support student growth
- Providing direct therapy and counseling services to students as determined by individual needs
- Participating in PPT meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive action plans
- Maintaining accurate, confidential records and documentation for each case
- Consulting with families, teachers, and administrators about student progress and interventions
