Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students Pre-K through 3rd grade
- Provide direct support, crisis intervention, and counseling as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of student-specific educational plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that address academic and behavioral needs
- Use data-driven approaches to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Offer guidance and training for staff on best practices and social-emotional learning
