Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological assessments and interpret results to identify student needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions as necessary
- Support the design and implementation of positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and district policies
