Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology required
- Proven experience working in school settings, evaluating and supporting diverse student populations
- Adept at conducting cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments
- Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, as well as evidence-based interventions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and educational staff
- State licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments of students
- Interpret data to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to support students' academic and emotional needs
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
- Deliver trainings and workshops for faculty and families on behavior management and mental health topics
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
