- Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Solid understanding of child development, learning differences, and behavioral interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for K-12 students
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with school teams and families
- Deliver direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services
- Interpret test results and provide recommendations to support student learning and well-being
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and help plan effective interventions
- Contribute to positive school climate initiatives and behavioral support strategies
